Neuro Calm Reset – Supplemental Terms & Conditions

1. Nature and Purpose of the Program

Neuro Calm Reset is a digital educational and experiential wellness program created to support personal relaxation, stress awareness, emotional balance, self-reflection, and the practice of self-regulation skills.

Depending on the version or package purchased, the Program may include:

• Guided audio experiences
• Relaxation, visualization, or mindfulness-style practices
• Somatic-style awareness exercises
• Educational content relating to stress and emotional awareness
• Journaling, reflection, or self-observation exercises
• Digital worksheets, guides, videos, or downloadable materials

Neuro Calm Reset is intended for general educational, personal development, and wellness purposes only.

2. No Medical, Psychological, or Therapeutic Advice

Neuro Calm Reset does not provide and must not be interpreted as providing medical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, psychotherapeutic, diagnostic, or other licensed professional advice or treatment.

The Program is not intended to:

• Diagnose any physical or mental health condition
• Treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or disorder
• Replace a physician, psychologist, therapist, counsellor, psychiatrist, or other qualified professional
• Replace medication, medical monitoring, psychotherapy, counselling, or emergency care
• Create a physician-patient, therapist-client, or other licensed professional relationship

You must not delay, discontinue, or modify professional treatment, medication, or medical advice because of information or experiences provided through the Program.

Consult an appropriately qualified healthcare or mental health professional when you have questions about whether the Program is appropriate for your circumstances.

3. Not a Crisis or Emergency Service

Neuro Calm Reset is not designed to provide emergency intervention, crisis counselling, suicide prevention, or urgent medical or psychiatric support.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe psychological distress, thoughts of harming yourself or another person, or any situation requiring immediate assistance, stop using the Program and contact local emergency services or an appropriately qualified professional immediately.

4. Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher, and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Neuro Calm Reset is not intended for use by minors unless RAFA Energetics has expressly approved the arrangement in writing and all legally required parental or guardian permissions have been obtained.

5. Safe Use of Guided Audio and Exercises

You agree to:

• Participate only in a safe and appropriate environment
• Use a comfortable and reasonable audio volume
• Pause or discontinue an exercise when you feel unsafe or significantly uncomfortable
• Avoid forcing breathing, physical movement, emotional processing, or visualization
• Seek professional assistance when concerning symptoms arise

Stop the Program and seek appropriate support if you experience severe anxiety, panic, dizziness, disorientation, significant emotional distress, pain, breathing difficulty, or any other concerning physical or psychological symptom.

6. Voluntary Participation and User Responsibility

Participation in Neuro Calm Reset is voluntary. You are responsible for deciding whether, when, and how to participate.

You remain responsible for:

• Your physical and emotional wellbeing
• Using the Program according to the safety instructions provided
• Obtaining professional advice when appropriate
• Your personal decisions, interpretations, actions, and results
• Ensuring that your environment is safe before beginning an exercise
• Using compatible equipment, devices, internet access, and audio settings

You are not required to complete any exercise that feels inappropriate or unsafe for you.

7. Individual Results and Testimonials

Experiences and results from Neuro Calm Reset vary between individuals.

RAFA Energetics guarantees only that the Program content and access described in the applicable offer will be provided, subject to these terms.

We do not guarantee:

• A specific emotional, psychological, physical, or wellness result
• Immediate relaxation or relief
• Permanent or lasting changes
• Results within a particular number of days or sessions
• That the Program will be appropriate or effective for every person

Results may be influenced by factors including consistency of use, personal circumstances, current stress levels, lifestyle, environment, physical and emotional health, and other individual factors.

Testimonials, reviews, stories, and examples describe individual experiences. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations that every purchaser will experience the same or similar results.

8. Purchase Price, Currency, and Taxes

The price, currency, payment structure, applicable taxes, included materials, bonuses, and access period are those clearly presented on the sales page or checkout at the time you complete your purchase.

By submitting payment, you authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount displayed and accepted at checkout.

Your financial institution may impose currency conversion, foreign transaction, insufficient funds, or other banking fees. RAFA Energetics does not control and is not responsible for fees charged directly by your financial institution.

9. Digital Delivery

Neuro Calm Reset is delivered digitally through email, a membership portal, a download page, a private link, a third-party platform, or a combination of these methods.

Delivery is considered completed when access information is sent to the email address provided during checkout or made available in the purchaser’s designated customer account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing a correct and accessible email address
• Checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Contacting support when you experience a genuine access problem

10. Access Period and Availability

Your access period is the period stated on the applicable sales page, checkout, order confirmation, or written offer at the time of purchase.

No promise of permanent or lifetime access is made unless the offer expressly uses those words and defines what they mean.

When “lifetime access” is expressly included in an offer, it refers to access for as long as RAFA Energetics continues to maintain and make that version of the Program reasonably available, rather than the biological lifetime of the purchaser.

We may change the hosting platform or delivery method. When reasonably possible, we will provide instructions for accessing the Program through the replacement method.

11. Personal, Limited, and Non-Transferable Licence

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use Neuro Calm Reset for your own private, non-commercial use during the applicable access period.

You may not:

• Share your account, password, private links, or access credentials
• Copy, reproduce, record, republish, or redistribute Program materials
• Upload Program materials to file-sharing, social media, membership, or artificial-intelligence platforms
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lend, gift, or transfer access to another person
• Teach, facilitate, publicly perform, or commercially use the Program materials
• Translate, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from the materials
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Use the Program to create or train a competing product, course, model, database, or service

No ownership interest or intellectual-property right is transferred to you.

12. Refund Policy

Because Neuro Calm Reset is a digital product that may be accessed or consumed immediately after delivery, all sales are final once digital access has been provided, except where a refund, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

We may review and correct:

• Duplicate charges
• Incorrect amounts caused by a verified technical error
• Failure to provide the purchased digital access
• Other circumstances in which applicable law requires a remedy

A change of mind, failure to use the Program, dissatisfaction with an individual experience, incompatibility caused by a purchaser’s device, or failure to achieve a desired result does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection right that cannot legally be waived.

13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you are encouraged to contact [email protected] so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve any legitimate billing or access issue.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a lawful right provided by your financial institution or applicable consumer law.

Fraudulent payment disputes, false claims of non-delivery, or misuse of the chargeback process may result in suspension of access and the submission of relevant transaction and delivery records to the payment processor or financial institution.

14. Third-Party Platforms and Technology

Neuro Calm Reset may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, hosting, email delivery, customer accounts, streaming, downloads, analytics, or other technology services.

Third-party platforms may experience maintenance, outages, security events, compatibility issues, or service changes outside the direct control of RAFA Energetics.

We will use reasonable efforts to address verified access issues, but we do not guarantee that every platform, device, browser, internet connection, or third-party service will operate without interruption or error.

15. Program Updates, Modifications, and Discontinuation

RAFA Energetics may update, correct, reorganize, improve, replace, or modify Program materials, branding, technology, presentation, or delivery methods.

We may remove outdated content or replace it with content that serves a substantially similar educational purpose.

During a stated fixed access period, we will not intentionally remove the essential purchased Program without providing a reasonably comparable alternative, except where continued delivery becomes unlawful, unsafe, technically impossible, or dependent on a discontinued third-party service.

16. Privacy and Voluntary Wellness Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the RAFA Energetics Privacy Policy .

Participation may involve voluntary information relating to stress, emotions, personal reflections, journaling responses, or your experience with the Program.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• This information is not collected for medical diagnosis
• RAFA Energetics does not maintain a medical or psychotherapy record
• Submitting information does not create a licensed healthcare relationship
• You should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for receiving the Program

Transactional communications relating to payment, access, security, or administration may be sent as necessary to deliver the Program. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

17. Intellectual Property

Neuro Calm Reset and all associated content—including audio recordings, videos, scripts, exercises, written materials, worksheets, graphics, branding, frameworks, methods, downloads, and course structure—are owned by or licensed to RAFA Energetics and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited personal licence granted in these Supplemental Terms, all rights are reserved.

18. Suspension or Termination of Access

RAFA Energetics may suspend or terminate access when there is a reasonable basis to believe that a purchaser has:

• Shared or resold Program access
• Copied or distributed protected materials
• Used fraudulent payment information
• Made unauthorized commercial use of the Program
• Interfered with the security or operation of the platform
• Materially breached these Supplemental Terms or the Master Terms

When appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the breach. Immediate suspension may occur where necessary to protect intellectual property, platform security, users, or payment systems.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neuro Calm Reset is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for promises expressly stated in the applicable offer, RAFA Energetics disclaims implied warranties and representations relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy, or achievement of a specific personal result.

This section does not exclude any warranty, condition, representation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAFA Energetics and its owners, contractors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from or relating to the purchase or use of Neuro Calm Reset.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of RAFA Energetics relating specifically to Neuro Calm Reset will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Supplemental Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Supplemental Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before beginning formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by written communication.

Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction that applies in your place of residence, disputes relating specifically to Neuro Calm Reset will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Alberta, Canada.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing an available small-claims procedure, seeking urgent protective relief, or exercising a statutory right that cannot legally be waived.

22. Mandatory Consumer Rights

These Supplemental Terms are not intended to remove, waive, or restrict a right or remedy that applicable consumer-protection law does not permit a business or consumer to waive.

Where a provision conflicts with a mandatory law, the mandatory law will apply only to the extent of the conflict, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. Changes to These Supplemental Terms

We may update these Supplemental Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Program, business practices, technology, or applicable law.

The version presented or made available at the time of your purchase will ordinarily govern that purchase.

A later material change will not retroactively reduce your purchased rights unless:

• The change is required by applicable law
• You expressly agree to the change
• The change benefits you
• The change is reasonably necessary for security or continued delivery and does not materially deprive you of the purchased Program

24. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Supplemental Terms is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure or delay by RAFA Energetics to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

These Supplemental Terms, the Master Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the specific sales and checkout information accepted at purchase form the agreement relating to Neuro Calm Reset.
